Privacy policy
This policy explains which data are collected through the contact form, how use of the website is measured and how you may exercise your rights.

Data processed
The data processed are those you provide directly: your full name, email address, company or organisation —if supplied—, reason for contacting me and the contents of your message.
Strictly necessary technical data are also processed to protect the form from abuse, including the IP address, verification token and basic device or connection information used for anti-spam verification.
Purposes and lawful bases
Your data are used to respond to your message and, where applicable, manage the professional opportunity, proposal or collaboration you have initiated. The lawful basis is your consent —Article 6(1)(a) GDPR— and, where your request may lead to a professional relationship, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract —Article 6(1)(b) GDPR—.
Fraud and automated-submission prevention rely on the legitimate interest in maintaining the security and availability of the website —Article 6(1)(f) GDPR—. These data are not used for advertising, profiling or automated decisions that produce legal effects.
Recipients and service providers
Your data are not sold or disclosed to third parties for their own purposes. They may be accessed by providers required to deliver the service: OpenAI for website hosting, Cloudflare for infrastructure, aggregate measurement and anti-spam protection, and Resend for email delivery. Data may also be disclosed where required by law.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Any international transfer must be covered by an adequacy decision, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable, Standard Contractual Clauses or another valid safeguard under Chapter V of the GDPR. You may request information about these safeguards by writing to the email address shown in this policy.
Retention period
Messages will be retained for as long as necessary to respond and manage the conversation and, in any event, for no longer than twelve months after the last communication, unless a professional relationship is established or a legal obligation applies. They may subsequently be retained in restricted form solely for the applicable limitation periods.
Your rights
You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data; restriction of or objection to processing; and, where applicable, portability. You may also withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
To exercise these rights, write to israelnavarroturismo@gmail.com, stating which right you wish to exercise and providing the information necessary to verify your identity. If you believe the processing does not comply with applicable law, you may lodge a complaint with the Catalan Data Protection Authority or the Spanish Data Protection Agency, as applicable.
Required information
Fields marked as required are necessary to respond to your enquiry. The company or organisation field is optional. If you do not provide the required data or accept their processing, the message cannot be sent.
Cookies and technical storage
The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics is used to obtain aggregate statistics and understand page performance. Its beacon records metrics such as pages viewed, referring source, approximate country, device, browser and loading times. It does not use cookies or local storage, create profiles or identify individual visitors. Cloudflare states that it does not collect or use personal data through this service.
Cloudflare Turnstile may use cookies or strictly necessary technical mechanisms to distinguish legitimate traffic from automated attempts. As these are essential to the security and operation of the form, they are not used for commercial tracking.
Updates
This policy may be updated if the operation of the website, its providers or applicable law changes. The date of the latest revision will always appear at the top of this page.
